The state Supreme Court will make a rare appearance in Hilo next week as it hears oral arguments in a divorce case at the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s Performing Arts Center.
The court will hear the arguments from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The state Judiciary said this is likely the first time the court has convened to hear a case on the Big Island.
The case that will be addressed is Collins vs. Wassel.
